DIABETES REVERSAL/IMPROVEMENT

So, here are some examples of how type 2 diabetes has either been reversed or significantly improved in my practice through low carb healthy fat or Ketogenic eating. In addition there has been some weight loss & medication reduction or cessation. Clearly this data is anecdotal & short term only, but it is a good start for motivated patients. Their health & sense of wellbeing has been improved over & above the numbers shown below alone. These are early days but improvement in terms of medication reduction must be a good thing.
